Using the zip or rar file
1.Download FsWizUI.dll 7.0.9466.0
2.Extract FsWizUI.dll 7.0.9466.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract FsWizUI.dll 7.0.9466.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting FsWizUI.dll 7.0.9466.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract FsWizUI.dll 7.0.9466.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place FsWizUI.dll 7.0.9466.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 FsWizUI.dll 7.0.9466.0 and press Enter.
