Using the zip or rar file 1.Download fCommstr.dll
2.Extract fCommstr.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract fCommstr.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting fCommstr.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract fCommstr.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place fCommstr.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 fCommstr.dll and press Enter.
