Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ffactory.dll 3.17
2.Extract ffactory.dll 3.17 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ffactory.dll 3.17 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ffactory.dll 3.17.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ffactory.dll 3.17 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ffactory.dll 3.17 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ffactory.dll 3.17 and press Enter.
