Using the zip or rar file
1.Download filedb.dll 9.0.98.1104
2.Extract filedb.dll 9.0.98.1104 from .zip. We recommend that you extract filedb.dll 9.0.98.1104 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting filedb.dll 9.0.98.1104.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract filedb.dll 9.0.98.1104 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place filedb.dll 9.0.98.1104 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 filedb.dll 9.0.98.1104 and press Enter.
