Using the zip or rar file
1.Download fm20enu.dll 2.01
2.Extract fm20enu.dll 2.01 from .zip. We recommend that you extract fm20enu.dll 2.01 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting fm20enu.dll 2.01.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract fm20enu.dll 2.01 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place fm20enu.dll 2.01 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 fm20enu.dll 2.01 and press Enter.
