Using the zip or rar file
1.Download fm4av.dll
2.Extract fm4av.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract fm4av.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting fm4av.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract fm4av.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place fm4av.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 fm4av.dll and press Enter.
