Using the zip or rar file
1.Download fobj420.dll
2.Extract fobj420.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract fobj420.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting fobj420.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract fobj420.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place fobj420.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 fobj420.dll and press Enter.
