Using the zip or rar file 1.Download fpPayPal.dll
2.Extract fpPayPal.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract fpPayPal.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting fpPayPal.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract fpPayPal.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place fpPayPal.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 fpPayPal.dll and press Enter.
