Using the zip or rar file
1.Download fpedsat.dll 4.0.2.2717
2.Extract fpedsat.dll 4.0.2.2717 from .zip. We recommend that you extract fpedsat.dll 4.0.2.2717 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting fpedsat.dll 4.0.2.2717.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract fpedsat.dll 4.0.2.2717 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place fpedsat.dll 4.0.2.2717 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 fpedsat.dll 4.0.2.2717 and press Enter.
