Using the zip or rar file
1.Download freehandtool.dll
2.Extract freehandtool.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract freehandtool.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting freehandtool.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract freehandtool.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place freehandtool.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 freehandtool.dll and press Enter.
