Using the zip or rar file
1.Download fshxeng.dll
2.Extract fshxeng.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract fshxeng.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting fshxeng.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract fshxeng.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place fshxeng.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 fshxeng.dll and press Enter.
