Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ftmapi.dll 4.3.5899
2.Extract ftmapi.dll 4.3.5899 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ftmapi.dll 4.3.5899 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ftmapi.dll 4.3.5899.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ftmapi.dll 4.3.5899 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ftmapi.dll 4.3.5899 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ftmapi.dll 4.3.5899 and press Enter.
