Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ftmaud32.dll
2.Extract ftmaud32.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ftmaud32.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ftmaud32.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ftmaud32.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ftmaud32.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ftmaud32.dll and press Enter.
