Using the zip or rar file
1.Download FWPUCLNT.DLL 6.1.7600.16385
2.Extract FWPUCLNT.DLL 6.1.7600.16385 from .zip. We recommend that you extract FWPUCLNT.DLL 6.1.7600.16385 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting FWPUCLNT.DLL 6.1.7600.16385.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract FWPUCLNT.DLL 6.1.7600.16385 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place FWPUCLNT.DLL 6.1.7600.16385 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 FWPUCLNT.DLL 6.1.7600.16385 and press Enter.
