Using the zip or rar file 1.Download FamilyUI.dll
2.Extract FamilyUI.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract FamilyUI.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting FamilyUI.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract FamilyUI.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place FamilyUI.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 FamilyUI.dll and press Enter.
