Using the zip or rar file
1.Download FastReport.VSDesign.dll
2.Extract FastReport.VSDesign.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract FastReport.VSDesign.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting FastReport.VSDesign.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract FastReport.VSDesign.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place FastReport.VSDesign.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 FastReport.VSDesign.dll and press Enter.
