Using the zip or rar file
1.Download FgdutilU16.dll
2.Extract FgdutilU16.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract FgdutilU16.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting FgdutilU16.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract FgdutilU16.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place FgdutilU16.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 FgdutilU16.dll and press Enter.
