Using the zip or rar file
1.Download FlyIE.dll
2.Extract FlyIE.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract FlyIE.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting FlyIE.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract FlyIE.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place FlyIE.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 FlyIE.dll and press Enter.
