Using the zip or rar file
1.Download FolderProvider.dll 6.1.7600.16385
2.Extract FolderProvider.dll 6.1.7600.16385 from .zip. We recommend that you extract FolderProvider.dll 6.1.7600.16385 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting FolderProvider.dll 6.1.7600.16385.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract FolderProvider.dll 6.1.7600.16385 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place FolderProvider.dll 6.1.7600.16385 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 FolderProvider.dll 6.1.7600.16385 and press Enter.
