Using the zip or rar file
1.Download fb63uusd.dll
2.Extract fb63uusd.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract fb63uusd.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting fb63uusd.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract fb63uusd.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place fb63uusd.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 fb63uusd.dll and press Enter.
