Using the zip or rar file
1.Download fiorc.dll 12.0.0.0
2.Extract fiorc.dll 12.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract fiorc.dll 12.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting fiorc.dll 12.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract fiorc.dll 12.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place fiorc.dll 12.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 fiorc.dll 12.0.0.0 and press Enter.
