Using the zip or rar file
1.Download fmex.dll
2.Extract fmex.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract fmex.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting fmex.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract fmex.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place fmex.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 fmex.dll and press Enter.
