Using the zip or rar file
1.Download fraps64.dll 2.9.99.8125
2.Extract fraps64.dll 2.9.99.8125 from .zip. We recommend that you extract fraps64.dll 2.9.99.8125 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting fraps64.dll 2.9.99.8125.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract fraps64.dll 2.9.99.8125 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place fraps64.dll 2.9.99.8125 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 fraps64.dll 2.9.99.8125 and press Enter.
