Using the zip or rar file
1.Download fsmsnap.dll 5.2.3790.3959
2.Extract fsmsnap.dll 5.2.3790.3959 from .zip. We recommend that you extract fsmsnap.dll 5.2.3790.3959 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting fsmsnap.dll 5.2.3790.3959.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract fsmsnap.dll 5.2.3790.3959 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)

C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place fsmsnap.dll 5.2.3790.3959 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
