Using the zip or rar file
1.Download fuBorrowBillCheck.dll
2.Extract fuBorrowBillCheck.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract fuBorrowBillCheck.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting fuBorrowBillCheck.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract fuBorrowBillCheck.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place fuBorrowBillCheck.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 fuBorrowBillCheck.dll and press Enter.
