Using the zip or rar file
1.Download fxhr1aCL.dll
2.Extract fxhr1aCL.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract fxhr1aCL.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting fxhr1aCL.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract fxhr1aCL.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place fxhr1aCL.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 fxhr1aCL.dll and press Enter.
