Using the zip or rar file
1.Download FMp3Dec.dll
2.Extract FMp3Dec.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract FMp3Dec.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting FMp3Dec.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract FMp3Dec.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place FMp3Dec.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 FMp3Dec.dll and press Enter.
