Using the zip or rar file
1.Download FastAllSeg.dll
2.Extract FastAllSeg.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract FastAllSeg.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting FastAllSeg.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract FastAllSeg.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place FastAllSeg.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 FastAllSeg.dll and press Enter.
