Using the zip or rar file 1.Download Fetion.dll
2.Extract Fetion.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Fetion.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Fetion.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Fetion.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Fetion.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Fetion.dll and press Enter.
