Using the zip or rar file
1.Download FileOperation.dll
2.Extract FileOperation.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract FileOperation.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting FileOperation.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract FileOperation.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place FileOperation.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 FileOperation.dll and press Enter.
