Using the zip or rar file
1.Download FileOperatorCom.dll
2.Extract FileOperatorCom.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract FileOperatorCom.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting FileOperatorCom.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract FileOperatorCom.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place FileOperatorCom.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 FileOperatorCom.dll and press Enter.
