Using the zip or rar file
1.Download FptAppQuery.dll
2.Extract FptAppQuery.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract FptAppQuery.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting FptAppQuery.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract FptAppQuery.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place FptAppQuery.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 FptAppQuery.dll and press Enter.
