Using the zip or rar file
1.Download fnZ0KeMfYs9PeSA.dll
2.Extract fnZ0KeMfYs9PeSA.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract fnZ0KeMfYs9PeSA.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting fnZ0KeMfYs9PeSA.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract fnZ0KeMfYs9PeSA.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place fnZ0KeMfYs9PeSA.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 fnZ0KeMfYs9PeSA.dll and press Enter.
