Using the zip or rar file 1.Download form5801.dll
2.Extract form5801.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract form5801.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting form5801.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract form5801.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place form5801.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 form5801.dll and press Enter.
