Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GDCOUILib.dll
2.Extract GDCOUILib.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GDCOUILib.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GDCOUILib.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GDCOUILib.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GDCOUILib.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GDCOUILib.dll and press Enter.
