Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GIPSVoiceEngineDLL.dll 2.6.0.0
2.Extract GIPSVoiceEngineDLL.dll 2.6.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract GIPSVoiceEngineDLL.dll 2.6.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GIPSVoiceEngineDLL.dll 2.6.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GIPSVoiceEngineDLL.dll 2.6.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GIPSVoiceEngineDLL.dll 2.6.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GIPSVoiceEngineDLL.dll 2.6.0.0 and press Enter.
