Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GR8415.DLL 8.0.1.3806
2.Extract GR8415.DLL 8.0.1.3806 from .zip. We recommend that you extract GR8415.DLL 8.0.1.3806 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GR8415.DLL 8.0.1.3806.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GR8415.DLL 8.0.1.3806 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GR8415.DLL 8.0.1.3806 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GR8415.DLL 8.0.1.3806 and press Enter.
