Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GUINettGain.dll 3.1.0.0083
2.Extract GUINettGain.dll 3.1.0.0083 from .zip. We recommend that you extract GUINettGain.dll 3.1.0.0083 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GUINettGain.dll 3.1.0.0083.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GUINettGain.dll 3.1.0.0083 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GUINettGain.dll 3.1.0.0083 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GUINettGain.dll 3.1.0.0083 and press Enter.
