Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GlobalizationRules.dll 8.0.50727.762
2.Extract GlobalizationRules.dll 8.0.50727.762 from .zip. We recommend that you extract GlobalizationRules.dll 8.0.50727.762 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GlobalizationRules.dll 8.0.50727.762.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GlobalizationRules.dll 8.0.50727.762 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GlobalizationRules.dll 8.0.50727.762 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GlobalizationRules.dll 8.0.50727.762 and press Enter.
