Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GlobalizationRules.resources.dll 8.0.50727.42
2.Extract GlobalizationRules.resources.dll 8.0.50727.42 from .zip. We recommend that you extract GlobalizationRules.resources.dll 8.0.50727.42 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GlobalizationRules.resources.dll 8.0.50727.42.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GlobalizationRules.resources.dll 8.0.50727.42 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GlobalizationRules.resources.dll 8.0.50727.42 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GlobalizationRules.resources.dll 8.0.50727.42 and press Enter.
