Using the zip or rar file
1.Download gclib.dll 8,0,21,100
2.Extract gclib.dll 8,0,21,100 from .zip. We recommend that you extract gclib.dll 8,0,21,100 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting gclib.dll 8,0,21,100.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract gclib.dll 8,0,21,100 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place gclib.dll 8,0,21,100 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 gclib.dll 8,0,21,100 and press Enter.
