Using the zip or rar file
1.Download gcsjpg32.dll
2.Extract gcsjpg32.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract gcsjpg32.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting gcsjpg32.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract gcsjpg32.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place gcsjpg32.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 gcsjpg32.dll and press Enter.
