Using the zip or rar file
1.Download gdext712.dll 1.0.0.1
2.Extract gdext712.dll 1.0.0.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract gdext712.dll 1.0.0.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting gdext712.dll 1.0.0.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract gdext712.dll 1.0.0.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place gdext712.dll 1.0.0.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 gdext712.dll 1.0.0.1 and press Enter.
