Using the zip or rar file
1.Download generatevugenreport.resources.dll
2.Extract generatevugenreport.resources.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract generatevugenreport.resources.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting generatevugenreport.resources.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract generatevugenreport.resources.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place generatevugenreport.resources.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 generatevugenreport.resources.dll and press Enter.
