Using the zip or rar file
1.Download gfi32us.dll
2.Extract gfi32us.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract gfi32us.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting gfi32us.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract gfi32us.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place gfi32us.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 gfi32us.dll and press Enter.
