Using the zip or rar file
1.Download gftpdchat.dll
2.Extract gftpdchat.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract gftpdchat.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting gftpdchat.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract gftpdchat.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place gftpdchat.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 gftpdchat.dll and press Enter.
