Using the zip or rar file
1.Download gpsvc.dll 6.1.7601.17514
2.Extract gpsvc.dll 6.1.7601.17514 from .zip. We recommend that you extract gpsvc.dll 6.1.7601.17514 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting gpsvc.dll 6.1.7601.17514.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract gpsvc.dll 6.1.7601.17514 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place gpsvc.dll 6.1.7601.17514 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 gpsvc.dll 6.1.7601.17514 and press Enter.
