Using the zip or rar file
1.Download gridoptdlg.dll 1.0.0.1
2.Extract gridoptdlg.dll 1.0.0.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract gridoptdlg.dll 1.0.0.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting gridoptdlg.dll 1.0.0.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract gridoptdlg.dll 1.0.0.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place gridoptdlg.dll 1.0.0.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 gridoptdlg.dll 1.0.0.1 and press Enter.
