Using the zip or rar file
1.Download gw63cres.dll
2.Extract gw63cres.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract gw63cres.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting gw63cres.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract gw63cres.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place gw63cres.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 gw63cres.dll and press Enter.
