Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GAPCommon.dll
2.Extract GAPCommon.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GAPCommon.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GAPCommon.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GAPCommon.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GAPCommon.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GAPCommon.dll and press Enter.
